Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a UI UX Designer Specialist to work on a Full-Time basis. The role requires designing and refining user experiences for digital products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, accessible interfaces aligned with user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups for web and mobile apps

• Work with product managers and developers to define user flows and interaction patterns.

• Keep improving your designs based on feedback from the team and real users

• Make sure your designs are accessible and follow brand guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

• Experience designing with real user needs in mind, using solid UI/UX practices

• A strong portfolio showing full projects – from research to final design

• Able to turn research findings into real, usable design solutions

• Good at working with remote teams and different stakeholders. This is common in most UI UX designer jobs on global teams
