Our leading SMS marketing automation platform connects with CRMs to deliver personalized campaigns, smart appointment scheduling, and AI-powered engagement — helping businesses connect more effectively, every day.
We’re now looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our fully remote team and help us speed up innovation through AI-driven development practices.
🚀Your Role
You’ll play a key role in building growable backend systems, creating high-performance APIs, and using AI tools to automate, improve, and boost the development process.
🧠What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain backend features using Java & Spring Boot
- Design and improve databases with SQL
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, SNS, SQS)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub & Jenkins
- Use AI-assisted development tools (like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable) to speed up coding, testing, and delivery
- Working with remote teams to deliver high-quality, impactful features
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of backend development experience
- Strong skill in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and AWS
- Comfortable with or interest in AI-based development tools
- Remote working experience
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
