About the Organisation

A venture-backed US health-tech company is looking for a Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join its creative team in India and shape powerful visual experiences across digital, social, product, and advertising.

Your responsibilities

• Create motion graphics for performance ads, social media, reels, stories, and carousel animations.

• Building product demos, UI motion sequences, and product visualisations.

• Create growable motion templates and systems across formats.

• Collaborate from the idea stage, to bring static ideas to life through motion.

• Editing long footage into engaging, platform-specific short content.

• Contributing to our motion graphic style through moving text designs, transitions, data animation, and product motion.

• Support CTV (connected TV) and higher-quality creative as the programme grows.

• Manage your own workflow, and delivering multiple pieces of content within short deadlines.

Your Requirement

• Experience in motion Graphic design, digital, social, or advertising.

• Expert-level skill in After Effects – this one’s a must.

• Strong skill in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

• Working knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D tools.

• A strong show reel showing ad animation, moving text designs, product motion, and social video.

• Able to work at speed without relying on generic motion presets.

• Comfortable handling large amounts of production across multiple formats.

• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling through motion.
