Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create eye-catching, and effective logos, designs, print and digital content
• Staying aware of current industry and tech trends, social media, competitive landscape and market trend.

Role and Responsibility of Art Designer

·        Create & modify fonts according to brand guidelines.

·        Creates professional designs and layouts for promotional material by creating templates, handouts, advertisements, posters, signs, logos, and other visual layouts.

·        Deciding the best style, technique, and format format for the organization promotion strategy.

·        Prepare new and fresh illustrations, unique layout prints and rough sketches of presentation and brochures and designs website graphics that match branding guidelines.

·        Be genuinely excited about the assigned brand and be eager to learn.

·        Understanding of graphic design trends, Social Media creative formats

·        Strong graphic design skills – good Understanding of Typography, Colour theory, and style.

·        Skilled with software: Strong skills on Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects

Minimum Qualifications

·        1-2 years of related experience at an advertising/branding/digital agency, in a similar role – like Art Director, Graphic Designer, or Visualizer – this is a must.

·        Good in all major design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects/Premier Pro is an bonus.

·        Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Art, or a related field, – or equal field experience, is a bonus.

·        Able to think creatively, with a proven track record of building brands and getting them to market.

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

·        Genuinely Passionate about the fast-evolving digital and social media world. 

Qualifications

• A Bachelor‘s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
• Good in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, creative thinking, typography skills and design skills
