About the Role:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create visual content and marketing materials for our real estate projects. The role involves designing digital and offline creatives, social media content, presentations, and other marketing materials while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

Location: Baner, Pune.
Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Saturday.
Work Mode: Work from Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create designs for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing communications.
- Designing brochures, flyers, banners, standees, hoardings, and other marketing materials.
- Creating content for real estate projects, offers, events, and campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements.
- Coordinate with outside agencies, vendors, and internal teams when required.
- Coming up with good-looking concepts based on campaign goals.
- Making sure everything follows brand guidelines and stays visually consistent.
- Handling multiple design tasks and delivering projects on time.
- Make revisions based on feedback and requirements.
- Stay updated with current design trends and creative formats.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong portfolio showing your creative and design work.
- Good with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
- Good understanding of fonts, layouts, colours, and visual communication.
- Experience in designing digital and offline marketing creatives.
