Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a 2D Animation Artist / AI Content Creator focused on kids’ animation. You will creating engaging 2D animated content, including character animations, scenes, and transitions tailored for children’s educational stories. You will work with teachers, writers, and designers to create storyboards and short videos that explain STEM topics simply. Each day, you will design characters and backgrounds, animate scenes, use AI tools to help with content, and improve animations based on feedback. You will also keep a consistent style, ensure content is suitable for kids, and prepare it for different online platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in 2D Animation and Character Animation for kids’ content.
- Good with animation basics and storyboarding for story-based projects.
- Some experience with 3D animation is plus, for creating mixed or extra content.
- 0-2 years of experience with animation software (like Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, After Effects) and basic image editing tools.
- Interest or experience using AI tools for content creation, content generation, or improving work.
- Able to create fun, age-appropriate designs that support kids learning.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in Animation, Design, Media, or a similar field, or equal practical experience.
