About the Role
We are looking for talented, fast Video Editors, Motion Graphic Designers, and Editor-cum-Motion Graphic Designers to join their high-volume production team.
The role will create, edit, and adjusting video content across many formats, platforms, markets and requirements. Ideally, you’re comfortable working at scale, handling multiple projects at once and delivering high-quality video content under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and deliver high-quality video content for social media and other platforms.
- Create motion graphics, animations, fonts, and visual effects as needed.
- Change existing videos into different versions and formats – lengths, aspect ratios, and requirements.
- Work on a high volume of video, Handle many video changes while keeping the brand look and quality.
- Handle multiple several projects at once in a busy environment.
- Deliver about 30–40 video pieces each day, based on how complex they are.
- Make sure all videos meet technical and brand standards.
- Collaborate with Producers, Project Managers, and Creative Teams.
- Review and take feedback and make changes quickly while meeting deadlines.
- Keep project files, assets and versions organized.
- Check quality before final delivery, like – visual, audio, typography, and technical.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in all videos.
- Stay updated on video editing and design trends.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics, digital production, advertising agencies.
- Strong experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Understanding of video editing basics, motion graphics, typography, sound and storytelling.
- Experience with high-volume video work.
- Able to manage multiple versions of the same content.
- Know different video formats, aspect ratios, resolutions and requirements.
- Work well under tight deadlines.
- Pay attention to detail and quality.
- Communicate and work well with others.
- Ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in an ad agency, production house, creative studio or global production environment.
- Experience with social media and digital videos.
- Experience managing big projects for changes or versions.
- Knowledge of tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder or other creative software.
- Experience working with global brands and following brand rules.
- Experience delivering many assets on time.
