Job Description

Milestone Technologies is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to create strong visual content that support our marketing, brand, and digital projects. This job includes making presentations design, marketing materials, campaign visuals, and multimedia content for digital platforms. You should have good design skills, know about motion and video, and be comfortable using AI tools. You need to work quickly in a busy marketing environment.

The designer will maintain everything consistent with brand guidelines. while also exploring modern workflows, including AI-assisted design, to raise the quality and efficiency of the team’s output.

Key Responsibilities

• Design PowerPoint presentations for sales and marketing communication.

• Create visual assets for marketing campaigns – social media creatives, banners, and digital ads.

• Building layouts for case studies, datasheets, and whitepapers.

• Produce motion graphics and short videos for marketing campaigns and product explainer.

• Design infographics that present data in engaging, visual ways.

• Support event branding like event graphics and promotional materials.

• Create website graphics aligned with marketing projects.

• Using AI design tools to speed up your work and explore creative ideas.

• Using AI-assisted workflows for tasks such as image generation, background removal, upscaling, and quick prototyping.

• Making sure all your design work matches Milestone’s visual identity and brand standards.

• Stay current with modern design tools, AI developments, and emerging workflows, contributing to improving the team’s design capabilities.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Advanced skill in PowerPoint presentation design.

• Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing.

• Skilled with AI design tools, able to blend AI outputs into professional design work.

• Understanding of how to write effective AI prompts for creating visual content.

• Strong command of layout, fonts, color theory, and visual order.

• Able to manage multiple design projects and deliver on time.

•6-8 years of professional graphic design experience.

Preferred Skills

• A BFA or similar degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related creative field.

• Experience creating motion graphics and animated marketing content.

• Familiarity with AI video generation and editing tools.

• Experience with AI-assisted tools for design automation design tasks.

• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and digital accessibility standards.

• Experience working in a B2B technology or professional services marketing environment.
