Skills and Competencies
- 14 years of experience in system design and technical leadership, with a proven record in AI, distributed, and cloud-based platforms.
- Deep skills in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI, asynchronous programming and live LLM applications.
- Good knowledge of multi-agent systems, workflow management, microservices, event-driven systems, and high-performance API design.
- Experience in building AI decision-making systems and tools for improving prompts and monitoring models.
- Skilled in creating secure systems for managing changing data and using PostgreSQL and related technologies.
- Knowledge of AI concepts and experience in building AI solutions while promoting responsible and ethical use of AI.
Education
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field – or equal professional experience.
What You’d Be Doing
- Designing and building scalable, multi-agent AI platforms that support smart lending and financial workflow automation.
- Design and improving tools for coordination, context, prompt management, and decision-making.
- Creating secure, high-performance backend services and platforms using modern cloud technology.
- Leading design for distributed systems, workflow automation, and AI infrastructure.
- Setting up monitoring, performance improvements, oversight, and good operational practices for AI systems.
- Guiding engineering teams and driving company-wide standards, innovation and AI strategy
About the Team
The AI Architecture team creates smart lending solutions, using advanced AI, distributed systems engineering, and real-time workflow automation. We work closely with engineering, product, and data teams to guide AI innovation and updates in financial technology at Moody’s.
