Wise is opening a new office in Hyderabad, which is important for their product development. We are looking for a Senior software engineer to join our first product team in Hyderabad, as they expand in the Asia & Pacific region.

Customers in this area are important for Wise’s growth, and India is key to that. A lot of this growth comes from getting new customers, so making the onboarding process easy and smooth is very important. The India Product team is looking for people to help with this. We are hiring for different roles, from IC3 to IC5 levels, and will use calls and interviews to find the right fit for you. You can check their career map for more details on engineering levels at Wise.

What You’d Be Doing

• Developing Wise’s products for customers to serve the Indian market.
• Changing the cross-border money industry in India, which is mostly run by banks.
• Designing easy onboarding and money movement solutions for the Indian market, using local identity checks and payment systems.
• Creating strong systems that help customers set up quickly and follow local rules.
• Building fast money movement systems that make cross-border payments as easy as local payments.
• Creating and maintaining automation and tools to process customer payments and data efficiently and affordably.
• Using monitoring tools to find gaps and find new opportunities for growth and better operations.
• Working with different teams at Wise, planning with your team, and solving challenges to meet goals.
