At InCred Money, we’re transforming the investing experience use easy-to-use technology and good design to make things simple. We’re looking for a talented Graphic & Motion Designer. This person will make content that looks great and explains money topics in a simple way. This work will also make their brand look better online.

Role Overview

As a Graphic & Motion Designer, you’ll be part of the Design team, working closely with the Marketing, Product, and Research teams. Together, to create images and videos that people enjoy. You will work on brand campaigns, social media, pitch decks, magazines, and product launches. You’d help shape how InCred Money looks to the world.

Key Responsibilities:

● Making high-quality image designs for digital campaigns, social media, websites, app banners, emails, presentations, pitch decks, magazines, and other marketing materials.

● Creating fun motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, and short videos for digital platforms.

● Making custom illustrations, icons, infographics, and other visuals assets that match InCred Money’s brand style.

● Collaborate with designers, marketers, product managers, and the research team to finish creative projects.

● Making sure everything matches InCred Money’s brand guidelines across all communication.

● Translate complex financial concepts into simple, easy, nice-looking designs.

● Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, AI tools, and social media content formats.

● Manage multiple projects and delivering good work on time.

Required Skills:

Adobe Creative Suite

Proficiency in:

● Adobe After Effects

● Adobe Premiere Pro

● Adobe Photoshop

● Adobe Illustrator

● Adobe InDesign

● Adobe Media Encoder

Good to Have

● Figma

● Canva

● Lottie/Bodymovin workflow

● Experience with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.

● Video editing skills.
