The Role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with 0–3 years of experience to join our design and product development team.

This job involves making children’s games, DIY kits, stationery, crafts, packaging, and other products for international markets.

The designer will help with the whole process, from ideas to final artwork and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original concepts and designs for children’s games, activity kits, stationery, DIY, and crafts.
• Turning ideas and briefs into products for international buyers and retailers.
• Creating powerful product presentations, idea boards, design decks, and visuals shown to buyers.
• Taking projects from the first idea all the way to detailed, production-ready artwork.
• Work with product development and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical and sellable.
• Preparing accurate artwork that follows printing, packaging, and manufacturing requirements.
• Knowing about production processes like cutting, foiling, embossing, lamination and other print finishes.
• Explore and Use AI tools for ideas and design when helpful.

Skills & Experience

• 0–3 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Strong skill in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of commercial printing and production.
• Knowledge of paper, board and other packaging materials.
• Understanding of how to prepare artwork and production requirements.
• Ability to work independently with design, prepare artwork for production.
• Familiarity with modern AI design and idea-generation tools is a bonus.

Candidates with interest or experience in exports, children’s products, toys, stationery, DIY, crafts, or product design will be preferred.
