The Creative Associate will be create high-quality designs and videos for social media, marketplace listings, emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, and overall brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

● Design posts, Reels, short videos, and stories for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

● Bulid creative ideas that fit brand campaigns, product launches, and social trends.

● Make sure all designs follow brand guidelines, tone, and visual style.

● Create product graphics, banners, and content for sites like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.

● Keeping branding the same across all marketplace content.

● Work with the marketing and catalog teams to improve product presentation.

● Designing flyers, GIFs, and visuals for email and WhatsApp marketing that work well.

● Maintain designs clear, organized, and strong messages in campaign designs.

● Support the marketing schedule by delivering work on time.

● Contributing to brand identity – fonts, color palette, and visual elements.

● Keeping the brand’s visual language consistent across all mediums.

● Assist in packaging design, brochures, lookbooks, and promotional materials.

Good to have:

● 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or a similar role (ideally in lifestyle, D2C, fashion brands).

● Strong visual sense that fits modern lifestyle brands.

● Skilled in design and video tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects, Canva, etc.

● Experience creating short content and Reels is a must.

● Understanding of social media communication and digital design trends.

● Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy setting.

● Strong attention to detail and consistency.

● A portfolio showing relevant work is required.
