Key Responsibilities

Animation & Motion Design

• Making high-quality animations and motion graphics for online campaigns.
• Creating animated content for social media, websites, ads, presentations, and brand videos.
• Translate ideas into strong visual stories.
• Design animated content, transitions, fonts, and explainer videos.

Creative Collaboration

• Work with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Client teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and sharing new ideas for campaigns.
• Ensure all animations fit brand rules and campaign goals.

Project Management

• Handling multiple projects at the same time while meeting deadlines.
• Review and maintain quality in all your animation work.
• Helping junior animators and motion designers.

Innovation & Trends

• Stay updated with animation trends, AI tools, and new digital formats.
• Trying new methods to improve content engagement and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3 years of animation experience, preferably in a digital or advertising agency.
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Good understanding of motion design basics, storytelling, timing, and fonts.
• Experience making content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
