Job Opening: Graphic Designer

Location: Mangaluru, karnataka (Onsite Only)

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month, based on assessment

About Kamath Solutions

Kamath Solutions is a brand strategy and marketing agency based in Mangaluru. We work with a select group of clients across fitness, hospitality, beauty/skincare, and consumer brands. We are in the middle of updating their own brand, so there is not much to see online yet. Whoever joins will actually be part of that process – which means your first project could be our own identity.

About the Role

We are hiring a Graphic Designer to join our team. The work is mainly design for social media, print and brand identity. You will own the design output for a set of clients and take projects from brief to final files, working directly with the founder. There is no middle layer, so you get direct feedback and quick decisions, instead of long approval chains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design for social media, digital and print, at a steady weekly output
• Building brand identities – logos, colour, fonts and basic guidelines
• Applying and maintaining brand systems consistently across client work
• Preparing print-ready files and working with printers.
• Occasional packaging and multi page layout work
• Helping with their own rebranding – identity and materials.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of professional design experience
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• InDesign is useful but can be picked up
• A portfolio showing at least one or two brand identities you have built yourself, not only work done inside an existing brand system
• A good eye for fonts, color, and layout
• Ability to handle several clients at once and keep to deadlines without being chased
• Nice to have: packaging design and print production experience

Additional Information

• Working days: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a lunch break from 1:00 to 2:00 PM
