About the Role:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create visual content and marketing materials for our real estate projects. The role involves designing digital and offline creatives, social media content, presentations, and other marketing materials while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create designs for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing communications.
- Design brochures, flyers, banners, standees, hoardings, and other marketing materials.
- Create content for real estate projects, offers, events, and campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements.
- Coordinate with outside agencies, vendors, and internal teams when needed.
- Develop good-looking concepts based on campaign goals.
- Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Handling multiple design tasks and delivering projects on time.
- Making changes based on feedback and requirements.
- Keeping up with current design trends and creative formats.
Must-Have Requirements:
- A graduation degree – this one’s required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and design work.
- Good with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, colours, and visual communication.
- Experience in designing digital and offline marketing creatives.
