Techolution is looking for a creative and get-it-done kind Graphic Designer Intern (Freshers) who can turn ideas into eye-catching visuals across their digital marketing. we want someone with strong design basics, really good Photoshop skills, and a good eye for style – someone who can work in a fast-paced, AI-first environment.

As an Associate Graphic Designer, you will work with the Marketing, Product, and Design teams to create engaging visuals for social media, websites, landing pages, campaigns, and brand projects. You should be comfortable using modern AI design tools to move faster, while still keeping the quality high.

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Time: 2-11PM

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching content for digital marketing campaigns for multiple platforms like social media, websites, landing pages, email, and ads
• Create high-quality marketing content that matches with Techolution’s brand look and feel.
• Collaborate with different teams – Marketing, Product, Content to translate business needs into strong visual designs.
• Using AI design tools to speed up idea generation and creative work.
• Adjust designs for different digital channels while keeping the branding and user experience consistent.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media best practices, and and new creative tech.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and bringing fresh ideas for campaigns and brand projects.
• Manage multiple design requests while still hitting deadlines and keeping quality high.
• Using feedback from stakeholders to keep improving your designs.

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, or similar (B.Des/M.Des preferred).
• 6+ months of professional experience in Graphic Design or Visual Design.
• Really good with Adobe Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of graphic design basics: Color Theory, fonts, Branding, Layout & Alignment, Visual order and organizing design files.
• Experience creating content for social media, websites, landing pages, marketing campaigns, and digital ads.
• Some experience with AI design tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, ComfyUI, Adobe Firefly, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills with able to turn creative ideas into actual working visuals
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• An online portfolio showing your graphic design work (Behance, Dribbble, Personal Website, LinkedIn, or other public portfolio platforms).

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of Figma for team design work.
• Some experience with Framer for modern web design and AI-assisted website building.
• Understanding of social media trends and how to keep audiences engaged.
• Basic copywriting skills for headlines, calls-to-action, and marketing content.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and keeping things visually consistent.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation is a nice bonus.
