Role Description:
Surprise Machi is seeking for a really creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer (2–4 years of experience) to join our growing creative team.
This role goes beyond basic execution. We are looking for someone who can:
- Come up with new surprise products and themed experiences.
- Translate ideas into eye-catching, ready-to-sell designs.
- Level up our brand’s look across platforms.
- Contribute to campaign strategy and help come up with new product ideas.
we want someone creative who’s great at visual storytelling, and comfortable designing both digital and physical event stuff, while keeping the brand consistent.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of real experience in graphic design (agency, events, or brand experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, colour theory, and visual order.
- Experience with product mock-ups and pitch deck design is a nice bonus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative mindset with high attention to detail.
- A strong portfolio that shows off your ideas and product design work.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Concept & Product Design.
- Coming up with designing new surprise products, gifting ideas, and themed event experiences.
- Creating decoration mockups and visual pitch presentations for client approvals.
- Design product packaging, proposal kits, and event materials.
- Making custom event stuff such as invitations, banners, backdrops, props.
Marketing & Brand Design.
- Design content for social media, performance marketing campaigns, and websit assets.
- Creating campaign visuals that match the marketing strategy.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Build reusable templates and design systems for internal use.
- Work closely with marketing, event execution, and client-handling teams
- Translate client briefs into strong visual stories.
- Coordinate with production teams to Make sure print quality and details are on point.
Quality Control & Timely Execution
- Manage multiple projects while hitting deadlines.
- Making changes quickly based on feedback.
- Paying close attention to detail on everything you deliver.
Bringing New Ideas
- Joining brainstorming sessions for new event themes and campaigns.
- Stay updated with design trends, new marketing ideas, and what competitors are doing.
- Contributing ideas to improve products and visual identity.
