BJS focuses on national issues like education, water management, disaster response, and social development. It works with a network of social entrepreneurs and a dedicated team to help local communities.

The organization works with government bodies at all levels and partners with other NGOs to help shape policies and decisions.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-focused Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis. The right candidate should have a strong portfolio showing skills in brand identity, marketing materials, digital designs, and publication design.

This role requires someone who can turn ideas into attractive designs while maintaining brand consistency across all communication materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality visual assets for print and digital platforms.
• Create and maintain brand identity elements, ensuring consistency across all communication materials.
• Make promotional materials like social media posts, banners, flyers, and posters.
• Design brochures, books, annual reports, newsletters, magazines, and other materials.
• Create presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides for internal and external stakeholders.
• Design user-friendly web graphics, landing page assets, and digital elements.
• Work with teams to understand project needs and provide creative solutions on time.
• Follow brand guidelines and organizational standards in all designs.
• Handle multiple design projects at once while keeping quality high and meeting deadlines
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices.
