Whether it’s a one-off gift for a special occasion or a huge gifting program, the whole point is helping brands show up with style, real substance, and a lasting impression.
Role Description
This is a full-time, in-office job as a Graphics Designer & Illustrator based in Delhi, India. you will coming up with visual ideas for corporate gifting collections, brand campaigns, and packaging – all while sticking to each client’s brand guidelines and project goals.
Daily tasks include you’ll be creating graphics and layouts for both print and digital stuff, designing logos and visual identities for gifting programs, and fine-tuning fonts and colors to help tell each brand’s story better. You’ll also work closely with the in-house production team, account managers, and suppliers, to make sure your designs are actually doable to produce and get delivered on time. On top of that, the graphics designer also prepare production-ready files, keep your design work consistent across projects, and pitch creative ideas to make the whole gifting experience even better.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in graphics and illustration – you get layout and visual composition.
- Able to create logos and branding that actually reflect who the client is.
- Good with typography – you’ve got a sharp eye for readability, visual order, and little stylistic details.
- Hands-on experience with the usual design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar)
- A portfolio that shows off your print, packaging, and brand design work, ideally with some corporate or agency experience.
- You pay attention to detail, can manage multiple projects, and hit deadlines even when things move fast.
- Good at communicating and working with different teams on-site.
- Relevant design education (degree or diploma in Graphics Design, Visual Communication, or similar) or equivalent real-world experience.
