Role Overview
We are looking for a flexible UI/UX & Graphic Designer who can combine user-focused product design with visual. In this mixed role, you will design easy-to-use, interfaces for our digital products and create marketing content for both digital and print. You will work with the Founder, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to shape both the product experience and the brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
- Work with different teams like engineers, product managers, and researchers – to solve problems and improve user experience
- Do user research such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Create and test prototypes.
- Study user feedback to improve designs.
- Build wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Keep design consistent across products and platforms, and create UI/UX documentation.
- Present findings and design solutions to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Travel to field locations as needed to understand workflows, and support user.
Graphic Design & Visual Branding
- Design social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp).
- Create brochures, flyers, banners, standees, and event materials.
- Design presentations and sales materials.
- Develop website banners, landing page visuals, and email content.
- Create product illustrations, infographics, and feature explainer graphics.
- Edit videos and motion graphics like product demos, promotional content, event highlights, and social media reels that match the brand.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and digital files.
- Work with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to understand design needs and deliver strong campaign.
- Manage multiple projects across UI/UX and brand design at the same time, while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
- Skilled in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for UI/UX design and prototyping.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
- knowledge of Canva (preferred).
- Good understanding of UX basics and the design thinking process.
- Knowledge of fonts, layout, grids, color theory, and branding.
- Experience designing for both print and digital media.
- Understanding of good social media design practices.
- Basic understanding of responsive web design (design that adjusts to different screen sizes).
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree (completed or in progress) in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in UI/UX and/or graphic design (academic or personal projects are welcome).
- Experience with healthcare or technology brands is a plus.
- Skills Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects/Premiere Pro) are a bonus.
