Job Description – Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented person to join our Sales Enablement team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. You must work UK business hours (11:30 AM – 8:30 PM IST) and sometimes longer to meet deadlines.

The team helps Marsh businesses worldwide with Proposal & Bid Management, Client Research, and Creative Services.

You will support our UK Corporate business. You will work with the design leader to create RFP responses in Word and PowerPoint in the UK business. You need to be flexible and calm while working under tight deadlines

A role in the Creative Services team you will work in a fast-paced setting and with senior leaders. Working with the design leader, you will set project goals, agree on what needs to be done, and manage your own projects. and get exposure to all areas.

We will count on you to:

Creating high-quality bid submissions and presentations by:

• Working alongside the design leader and bid managers, to set scope of work/goals, and deadlines.
• Creating new PowerPoint and Word templates for client presentations.
• Improving the layout of presentations and summary sheets according to guidelines, suggesting better designs.
• Formatting PowerPoint and Word documents and Excel charts.
• Customizing pitch materials for clients needs.
• Managing key documents through the editing and review stages.
• Assisting with design requests for the bid center.
• Working on layout, text, tables, and graphs in final bid documents.
• Finding images, developing and researching ideas, designing or working with existing layout templates.
• Manage the final production of bid submission documents where needed.
• Creating the final PDF submission by combining various documents.
• Handling other design requests as needed like flyers and brochures.

You will also need to:

• Help the team update business materials and resources.
• Assist with general MS Office requests and fixing document issues.
• Search for images using photo libraries as needed.
• Develop concepts and templates.
• Follow corporate branding guidelines.
• Update work tracking systems and maintain high standards in daily work practices.

What you need to have:

• 4-7 years of experience in Graphic Design.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Working knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Good organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work well in a team and build relationships with internal colleagues and stakeholders.
• Great eye for layout and design.
• Good design sense and experience with templates.
• Print production experience.
• Relevant experience working in a corporate design environment
• Good at problem-solving and a quick learner.

What makes you stand out?

• Adobe certification or a graphic design degree with corporate experience.
• Skilled in motion graphics, video production, audio/video editing, and animation using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition.
• Strong design sense, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of visual systems and managing multiple brand identities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time well.
• Adaptable, and able to quickly learn new technologies.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• A calm, confident in all situations.
• Experience working directly with senior internal leaders is a plus.
• Shown ability to work in a global, multi-location, multicultural environment.

Salary: ₹5 LPA – ₹8 LPA
