Experience: 3–5 Years
What You’ll Do
- Design social media content, digital ads, and marketing campaigns.
- Create packaging, product labels, brochures, catalogs, and in-store branding.
- Design website banners, emails, and promotional content.
- Work with the marketing and merchandising teams on campaigns.
- Keep the brand look the same online and offline.
- Edit images, create mockups, and prepare artwork for print.
- Stay updated on new design trends and share new ideas.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong skill in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
- Good understanding of fonts, layouts, color theory, and print production.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is a bonus.
