We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 12–15 years of experience in the conference, event, and exhibition industry, with a
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver high-quality materials for conferences, events, and exhibitions – including branding, stage backdrops, booth designs, signage, brochures, digital screens, and promotional materials.
- Work with teams to understand creative needs, and event goals, turning them into engaging designs.
- Lead the creative process for big projects, ensuring fresh ideas, and meeting deadlines.
- Design digital and print marketing materials such as event websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, and catalogs.
- Ensure production quality by working with printers, vendors, to deliver everything perfectly.
- Guide junior designers, encouraging creativity and maintaining design standards
- Stay updated with industry trends, new design technologiesto provide fresh design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects at the same time, ensuring high-quality work on time.
Requirements:
- 12–15 years of graphic design experience (required in events/exhibitions).
- You should know how to use CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects); knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
- Good in venue layout, mapping, scaling, etc.
- Understand large-format design, fonts, and colour theory.
- Good communication skills.
- You must have a portfolio with work related to events or exhibitions
