Your eye-catching, well-thought-out designs will help customers understand our brand across many channels – digital ads, emails, internal projects, infographics, and more. You’ll also make sure our brand’s visual voice stays consistent, keeping customers engaged throughout their journey with us.
What You’ll Do
- Come up with ideas and create high-quality marketing materials for different digital formats (like mobile and online banners, social media, emails, landing pages, blogs, etc.) and print media (print ads, signs, trade show materials, and more).
- Turn creative briefs into strong, effective visuals.
- Design strong, memorable brand identities.
- Come up with ideas and create original brand illustrations and designs.
- Communicate clearly – both when presenting your design ideas and when discussing feedback with clients.
- Study what competitors are doing and use that to make our designs stand out.
What You’ll Bring
- A BA/BS degree in Design (interaction, graphic, or visual communications), or equal hands-on experience.
- Experience designing across different formats, with 2+ years in marketing design – either with an in-house team or an agency.
- A real passion for branding, design, and everything digital. You’re someone who keeps learning and uses that to help the business grow.
- Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and the latest Adobe Creative Suite.
- An impressive online portfolio that shows you can create engaging, interactive marketing designs that actually get results – for both digital and print.
- A strong foundation in visual design – things like illustration, animation, video, icons, fonts, and layout – and the ability to use these skills in interactive projects.
- Basic knowledge of accessibility standards, so your designs work well for everyone, including people with disabilities.
- Detail-focused, with strong organizational skills.
- You do well in a fast-paced environment.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- Project management skills are a bonus.
