The Hype Capital | Graphic Design Intern

Job Type: Internship (6 Months)

Work Mode: Hybrid (Minimum 3 Days/Week Onsite)

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

The right candidate will have a good eye for visuals (iykyk!) and some past work samples showing they love design and have real skills.

Responsibilities:

• Think creatively and work with our visual designer to come up with new ideas.
• Help make designs and layouts using knowledge of visual order, grids, and fonts.
• Support our designer with many types of work, like digital designs, print designs, and web banners.
• Use AI to make great visuals.

Who would be a good fit?

• Someone who LOVES design, art, creativity, and anything visual.
• Someone with basic knowledge of design and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI. You don’t need to be an expert – just know the basics.
• Someone who pays close attention to small details.
• Someone who really wants to learn, grow, and get better at their skills.
• Someone who enjoys taking on challenges.

• You don’t like learning new things – this job needs you to try, test, and learn at the same time.

• You don’t have a laptop that can run the software needed for this job.

We don’t need you to have a degree or job experience. But you should have a few samples that show you understand design and know the basics of design tools.

Internship Duration: 6 months

Location: Bandra West, Mumbai. This is a HYBRID role – you’ll need to come to the office at least 3 days a week, and can work from home the other days.

Note: The interview will happen in person, at a café in Santacruz West.

Stipend: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month (based on your skills and the interview). Please don’t apply if this doesn’t work for you – we can’t offer more than this range.
