Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer jobs based in New Delhi. The Graphic Designer will create visuals for digital and print, including product packaging, marketing materials, social media posts, and website graphics. The job includes building and improving brand visuals, designing logos and icons, choosing good fonts, and making sure everything matches Lapcare’s brand style. The Graphic Designer will work with marketing, product, and sales teams to turn their needs into clear visual ideas, help with campaign launches, and adjust designs for different platforms. Daily work includes coming up with design ideas, making mockups, updating designs based on feedback, and delivering final files on time.
Qualifications
- Strong graphic design skills, including making visuals for digital and print.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to build and keep a consistent look.
- Good at Typography and layout basics to make clear, easy-to-read, nice-looking designs.
- Strong skills in standard design tools (like CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar).
- Able to understand instructions, present ideas, and use feedback well.
- Portfolio showing different types of design work – marketing, product, and brand materials.
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and able to work on-site in a fast-moving workplace.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred; related experience is valued a lot.
