Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru. The Motion Graphic Designer will create high-quality motion graphics and animations for financial education videos, market news content, social media campaigns, and promotional materials. Responsibilities include designing visual assets, storyboarding sequences, collaborating with content and marketing teams to translate complex financial concepts into clear visual narratives, and ensuring consistent branding across all multimedia outputs. The role also involves contributing to video production workflows, preparing graphics and assets for editing, and optimizing content for digital platforms. The Motion Graphic Designer is expected to stay updated on design trends and recommend innovative visual approaches that enhance audience engagement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating engaging animations and explainer videos.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including basic knowledge of editing workflows and asset preparation.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for developing layouts, icons, and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Ability to interpret scripts and complex financial ideas into clear visual stories and motion concepts.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and capability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with design, content, and marketing teams.
- Relevant education in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in media, edtech, or finance-related content is an advantage.
