About the Role
We’re looking for an AI-fluent Social Media & Video Content Creator to own and scale our brand across every
major platform. This is a hands-on role for a rare hybrid: part designer, part video producer, part growth
strategist. You’ll research our audience, design scroll-stopping creatives, and produce fast-turnaround, AI-assisted
video content — the kind where a presenter sits cleanly on a composited background, with sharp b-roll, motion
graphics, captions, and a hook that lands in the first two seconds. You’ll drive both paid and organic growth, build
community, and do it all fluently in English and French.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production (the core of this role)
• Produce fast-turnaround, AI-assisted short-form video: a presenter (real or AI avatar) composited on clean
backgrounds, with b-roll, motion graphics, and captions.
• Shoot and light green-screen footage, then chroma-key it cleanly into polished, creator-style content.
• Turn scripts and news into published video quickly, without sacrificing quality or brand voice.
Creative & Design
• Design high-quality static and motion creatives for social feeds, stories, and paid ad campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent, distinctive brand look and voice across all output.
Audience Research & Strategy
• Research target audiences per platform and per market (English & French), and translate findings into clear
content directions.
• Show the team, with evidence, what our audience actually wants to watch — formats, hooks, trends, and
reference examples.
• Track performance and iterate on what works.
Channel Ownership, Growth & Community
• Manage and grow LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X, adapting to each platform’s format and
algorithm.
• Partner with the marketing team on ad creatives for performance campaigns.
• Drive organic growth and build an engaged community through consistent, high-value content and genuine
interaction.
Bilingual Content
• Create, adapt, and localize content fluently in both French and English — culturally natural messaging for
each audience, not just translation.
Required Skills & Tools
You don’t need every tool below, but you should be fluent in the categories and quick to pick up the rest.
Video & Green Screen
• Editing & keying: DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut — including clean chroma-key of green-
screen footage.
• AI avatar / talking-head video: HeyGen, Synthesia, Higgsfield, or Hume AI.
• Captions & short-form finishing: CapCut, Descript, or Submagic.
AI Content Stack
• AI voice / voiceover: ElevenLabs or equivalent, including bilingual EN/FR voice.
• AI image & thumbnails: Nano Banana (Gemini), Flux, Midjourney, or Ideogram.
• AI b-roll / video generation: Runway, Luma, Pika, or Kling.
• AI-assisted scripting: ChatGPT or Claude, while keeping a consistent brand voice.
Design, Publishing & Platforms
• Design: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
• Scheduling & publishing: Buffer, Later, Metricool, or Meta Business Suite across all five platforms.
• Platform fluency: Deep, current understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X best
practices.
• Languages: Full professional fluency in both English and French (written and content creation).
Nice to Have
• Experience running or supporting paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• A portfolio of green-screen or talking-head video content.
• Experience growing a brand or personal channel from the ground up.
• Familiarity with a frontier-tech, SaaS, or venture-studio brand context.
