Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Video Editor role based in Coimbatore. The Graphic Video Editor will assemble raw footage into cohesive, engaging videos, including selecting clips, arranging timelines, and syncing audio. Daily responsibilities include editing videos for various formats, applying color corrections and grading, incorporating motion graphics and text overlays, and ensuring a consistent visual style. The role also involves collaborating with the production team to understand project goals, reviewing feedback, and delivering final outputs within deadlines. The Graphic Video Editor will organize media assets, maintain project files, and optimize content for different platforms as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience handling raw footage and creating complete video projects.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to enhance visual tone, mood, and consistency across clips.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and branding.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and sound-visual synchronization, with attention to detail and quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to respond constructively to feedback and work on-site with the team in Coimbatore.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or related fields is an advantage; a portfolio demonstrating previous video work is required.
