Position Overview

Able Ventures is seeking a skilled and passionate Graphic Designer to bring creative vision and precise execution to our team. If you have 3-4 years of design experience and excel in creating compelling visual content on various platforms, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

●     Design & Development: Craft high-quality visuals, including banners, posters, brochures, social media content, website graphics, and other marketing materials.

●     Advanced Adobe Skills: Leverage Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects to produce unique graphics and custom visual elements.

●     PowerPoint Expertise: Develop visually dynamic presentations for e-learning, client pitches, internal meetings, and marketing, incorporating custom animations and transitions.

●     Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals align with Able Ventures’ brand identity across digital and print platforms.

●     Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to create cohesive, visually engaging content.

Qualifications

●     4+ years of proven experience in a design role.

●     Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

●     Advanced skills in PowerPoint design, including animations and transitions.

●     Strong portfolio showcasing creative skills and past work.

●     Knowledge of design layouts, typography, and colour theory.

●     Detail-oriented with a knack for managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

●     Ability to work independently and collaboratively as required.

Additional Preferences

●     Familiarity with HTML and CSS for customizing eLearning templates and web content.

●     Basic JavaScript knowledge for interactive designs.

●     Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Vyond).

●     Customer-focused mindset, adept at identifying solutions and quality improvements from a user’s perspective.
