Role Description
The Graphic Design Intern role at Path-iQ is a remote, contract position focused on supporting visual communication across digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics for presentations, social media, and marketing materials, and assisting with the development of visual assets that explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way. The intern will help refine brand visuals, design icons and diagrams related to digital pathology workflows, and perform image editing for web and product use. Collaboration with marketing, product, and content teams is expected, along with participation in design reviews and iteration based on feedback.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to support and extend Path-iQ’s visual identity.
- Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing for optimizing visuals for web, presentations, and product interfaces.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a design-related program (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
