Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:
Graphic & Marketing Design: Design social media graphics, marketing banners, presentations, infographics, and event materials to enhance brand visibility.
Brand Identity: Ensure consistency across all design assets and contribute to strengthening Bizom’s visual identity.
Website Design: Design responsive, visually compelling websites and landing pages, from wireframe to final visual design, ensuring a seamless experience across devices.
AI-Powered Design Efficiency: Actively use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI plugins, ChatGPT/Claude for ideation and copy support) to speed up ideation, generate concepts, automate repetitive tasks, and improve turnaround time while maintaining design quality and originality.
User-Centric Approach: Observe how users interact with our website, social media collaterals and gather insights, and refine designs accordingly.
Design & AI Tools Research: Continuously research the latest design trends, AI-powered design tools, and industry best practices; evaluate and recommend new tools/workflows that can improve team productivity and design quality.
High-Quality Execution: Ensure all design projects meet high-quality standards, maintaining clarity, creativity, and alignment with Bizom’s objectives.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and tech teams to bring creative ideas to life and enhance user engagement.
Adaptability & Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and creativity.
What We’re Looking For:
2 – 4 years of experience in visual/graphic/UI design
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
Hands-on experience using AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI features, or similar) to enhance and accelerate design workflows
Experience designing websites/landing pages with an understanding of responsive design principles
Strong visual storytelling and design sense
Ability to balance creativity with functionality
Curiosity to explore new design and AI tools, and translate them into practical workflow improvements
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
