Job Summary:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Packaging Designer who can design shelf-worthy, brand-true packaging across our growing product portfolio – from concept to print-ready artwork, across packaging formats.
(Beauty/Personal Care experience is mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
– Design packaging for new product launches across categories – body care, face care, hair care, lip & eye care
– Develop dielines, artwork, and print-ready files for tubes, bottles, jars, cartons, pouches, and more
– Translate brand guidelines into cohesive, on-shelf packaging that communicates product benefits clearly
– Create packaging variations for limited editions, seasonal launches, gifting sets, and co-branded collections
– Work closely with the product, marketing, and R&D teams to align packaging with formulation and positioning
– Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure colour accuracy, finish quality, and production feasibility
– Manage multiple SKUs simultaneously while maintaining consistency across the brand system
– Ensure all mandatory label information (ingredients, regulatory, certifications) is accurately incorporated
– Develop mood boards and packaging concepts during ideation and briefing stages
– Stay updated on global packaging trends, sustainable materials, and beauty industry innovations
– Support physical sampling, prototype reviews, and press checks as needed
– Leverage AI tools to enhance design workflows and speed up concept development
Skills and Qualifications
– 2–3 years of packaging design experience, preferably in beauty, personal care, FMCG, or lifestyle brands
– Strong understanding of print processes, material finishes and production constraints
– Proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Adobe Dimension / KeyShot (preferred for 3D mockups)
– Eye for typography, colour, and visual hierarchy in a retail/shelf context
– Ability to manage high volumes of SKUs with precision and speed
– Knowledge of regulatory and labelling requirements for beauty/personal care (a plus)
– Awareness of sustainable packaging trends and eco-conscious material choices
