Role Overview
A creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the marketing requirements of our restaurant brands — China Bistro, India Bistro, and Glocal Junction. The role will be responsible for delivering visual communication across digital, social, and in-store platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, performance ads, and CRM communication.
- Design menus, tent cards, standees, posters, and other in-store collaterals for outlets.
- Create visual content for seasonal campaigns, festivals, promotions, and new product launches.
- Work closely with the marketing team and restaurant operations to understand briefs and translate them into compelling visuals.
- Adapt core brand creatives across multiple formats and platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround times.
- Coordinate with printers, production vendors, and agencies when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design; hospitality/F&B/retail background preferred.
- Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of motion graphics/video editing is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to create clean, modern, brand-aligned designs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and a proactive approach.
