Key Responsibilities

 Promote, upsell, and cross-sell e-learning courses to prospective and existing customers

 Engage with leads, understand their learning needs, and recommend suitable solutions

 Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals

 Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction

 Update customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM tools

 Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer insights
