About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Kolkata. You will handle print and packaging design, advanced photo editing, and digital marketing designs – while also leading a small team of 2–3 designers. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with efficient, AI-assisted workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design print materials and packaging (brochures, labels, boxes, catalogues, standees, etc.) all print-ready and accurate
- Perform advanced photo editing and touch-ups for products, campaigns, and marketing
- Create digital marketing designs for social media, ads, email campaigns, website banners, and more
- Edit and produce short videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Use AI tools daily to speed up your ideas, production, and quality — while keeping the brand look consistent
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to understand briefs and deliver on deadlines.
- Maintain everything consistent with our brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects and handle feedback/revisions smoothly
Required Skills
Design and Editing Software
- Adobe Photoshop (advanced level)
- Adobe Illustrator (advanced level)
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Lightroom
- Wondershare Filmora
Other Skills
- Comfortable using AI tools daily (for image creation, enhancement, or content support)
- Good understanding of print production, packaging templates, color settings (CMYK/RGB), and packaging types
- Solid knowledge of fonts, layout, color, and composition
- Able to lead a team, give helpful feedback, and manage workflow
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 3–4 years of relevant graphic design experience
- Some experience leading or mentoring a small team (2–3 people)
- A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or similar (preferred)
- A strong portfolio showing print, packaging, photo editing, and digital work — this is a must!
Language Requirements
- Comfortable speaking and writing in both Hindi and English
