Job Description
We’re looking for someone who’s good with both design and video editing to help us out at Crossword Creatives. You should genuinely enjoy marketing and be open to picking up new skills as you go.
Unlike a lot of work from home graphic design jobs that keep tasks narrow, this one gives you a mix of design, video editing, and real client interaction – so there’s always something new to learn.
Requirements
– Good understanding of styles suitable for the company
– Familiar with Meta Business (Facebook/Instagram business tools)
– Familiarity with Social Media Trends
– Great communication skills
– Creative thinking with a business mindset
– Really good at staying organized
– Designing and editing of the videos
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
– Maintain a to-do list and update in real-time
– Basic Presentation Skills
– Design daily social media posts and edit reels
– Understanding clients’ needs and adjust it.
Critical Skills and Attributes
- Strong Organisation skills
- Great at communicating and listening – both writing and talking
- Can move fast when deadlines are tight
- Time management
- Comfortable using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

This role isn’t limited to just what’s listed above – if something new comes up, you should be ready to learn it and jump in. We’re flexible with working hours as long as deadlines are met, but you should stay reachable during work hours.
