Key Responsibilities

User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user behavior and preferences.Information Architecture: Develop site maps, user flows, and wireframes to create intuitive and logical navigation structures.Interaction Design: Create interactive prototypes and design specifications to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.Visual Design: Collaborate with the visual design team to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing user interface that aligns with brand guidelines.Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure seamless integration of design into the development process.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a UX Designer in B2B SaaS,B2B Marketing Tools or general B2B industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design).
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite (Figma preferred).
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience working with an agile engineering team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to iterate designs based on feedback and user testing results.
  • Familiarity with front-end development is a plus.
