We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team and lead our product design efforts. As a Senior UX Designer, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience of our products and drive innovation through design excellence.

Position: UX Designer

Location: Panjim, Goa

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to create user-friendly designs.
– Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
– Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
– Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation and style guides.
– Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
– Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
– Adapt and iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.
– Support the team in various design-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:
– Completed UX design certification or relevant coursework.
– Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
– Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability testing.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to improve designs.
– Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
– Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
– A portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating your skills (academic projects, personal projects, or internships).
