Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated Digital Marketing – Account Manager to join our team.
As a Digital Marketing – Account Manager, you should have prior experience of working on digital marketing accounts with a customer-first approach. You will be required to manage our client portfolio to help our clients improve their web presence and devise strategies to improve their ROI. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to a client’s overall digital strategy and performance. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to their business growth by creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven full-time work experience of at least 3-4 years as a Digital Marketing – Account Manager
- Exceptional client management skills, with a focus on developing long-lasting client relationships, built upon delivery, trust, and mutual understanding.
- Understanding of marketing objectives of the clients and coming up with focused digital strategies for them.
- Working with the planning and buying teams to execute the digital strategy. This will involve coordinating with internal and external teams & partners.
- Participate in project management to plan and control the production of work, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Take, understand, and respond to briefs from the Client (with help from the team)
- Ensure that the internal production teams are provided with clear and comprehensive briefs
- Contribute to the Client’s brand, industry, and markets through initiatives such as monitoring competitive activity. Become familiar with changes and trends and be prepared to provide a summary of this information to Clients.
- Closely work with the clients to identify the next low-hanging fruit and devise the right action plan to acquire.
- Responsible for post-campaign analysis, identification of weaknesses, learning, and opportunities for future campaigns.
- Create and Manage external relationships to run campaigns across a wide array of digital channels, networks, and mediums
Requirements
- Strong drive for execution and delivering results. Ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial
- Must be commercially aware, having owned marketing budgets and revenue goals of significant scale
- Strong networking amongst Digital and Social Media Tech media publishers and solution providers
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
- Strong knowledge of digital and communications channels/platforms and strategy is essential for this role
- Prior experience in an Account Handling role ideally from a digital marketing agency eco-system.
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal and client management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions in the organization
- Reliable and hardworking
- Creative thinking and problem-solving attitude
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong negotiation skills
