Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
- Strong, hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript development
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend development
- Skilled at building responsive, user-friendly, growable web applications
- Experience building REST APIs and connecting frontend with backend
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI development
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and API-based development
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methods
- Strong ability to find and fix problems
Good-to-Have
- Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management tools
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with automated testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or JUnit
- Experience working on big, company-level applications.
