Job Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing & Attracting Talent – Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other sources to find suitable candidates.
2. Screening & Interviewing Candidates – Review resumes and applications to identify potential fits.
3. Collaborating with Hiring Managers – Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job needs and requirements.
4. Candidate Management & Communication – Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
5. Pipeline Building & Talent Acquisition Strategies -Develop a pipeline of future talent for key positions.
Required Skills:
– Technical Knowledge: Understanding of technical roles and skills, especially those specific to the company’s industry (e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity).
– Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
– Analytical Skills: Capability to assess candidates and evaluate job fit.
– Negotiation Skills: Comfortable with discussing compensation and negotiating offers.
– Organization: Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (often preferred but not always required).
Prior experience in recruiting, ideally in a technical/IT field.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
