Job Overview
Indoswift is seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in
domestic and international
recruitment and talent acquisition, with a proven track record of assisting top-level management in strategic and operational activities. This is a full-time, office-based position, perfect for a professional who excels in identifying top talent and aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various roles.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on hiring trends and best practices.
• Build a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
2. End-to-End Recruitment:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with top-level management to understand talent requirements and organizational goals.
• Partner with department heads to create detailed job descriptions and role specifications.
4. Employer Branding:
• Enhance the company’s employer brand by promoting Indoswift as an employer of choice.
• Develop outreach initiatives to engage potential candidates through social media, job portals, and other platforms.
5. Data-Driven Recruitment:
• Use data analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on hiring progress and market insights.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
•
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment,
and/ or human resources
in service sector in India and International .
•
Management Assistance: Proven experience in assisting top-level management with strategic hiring and planning.
•
Location: Candidate must be based in Delhi and willing to work from the office.
•
Skills:

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of recruitment trends and talent markets.

Education: Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
