Social Media Paid Campaign ManagerJob Location: Hyderabad/Chennai/PuneWe are seeking a results-driven Social Media Paid Campaign Manager with a passion for social media platforms and a talent for creating impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and Snapchat Ads. If you have a knack for leveraging audience insights, building comprehensive media strategies, and driving measurable results, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Build, monitor and optimize campaign performance on the required social media platformsDevelop, implement and manage paid social media strategies – Media Plan, Account Audit, Pixel Audit, Audience AuditCompetent to handle at least 12 – 13 accounts, monthly budgets above $35KMeasure and track campaign success using performance reports, analytics, and KPIs. and provide regular, scheduled reporting to clients on campaign performance and insights.Troubleshoot campaign setup, conversion tracking and performance issues, and implement solutions to fix them promptly.Work closely with the other team members to meet client goalsKeep pace with social media industry trends and developmentsRequired ProficienciesPassionate about social media platforms and paid campaignsShould know about preparing Media Plans or Campaign Strategies for Paid Social Media Marketing campaigns including forecasting budget, audience & results across multiple platformsShould have hands on experience on Image/Video Ads, Carousel Ads, Dynamic and Catalog Sales AdsShould have knowledge of building full-funnel approach audience and build campaigns to improve performanceShould have knowledge on running Catalog Campaigns or Shopping Campaigns with exp in creating and managing catalog/feedKnowledge on App Install campaigns would be an added advantageAbility to think creatively, identify and resolve campaign issuesAttention to detail and effective multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environmentRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience directly managing social media paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, & RedditProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExperienced in website analysis by using tools like Google Analytics etc.,Desired: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, Shopify & Wix website administrationThis role demands someone working in night shifts (EST timezone)Looking for immediate candidates If Interested, Please apply and fill this Candidate Information Form- Social CM
