Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Specialist with a proven track record in managing and enhancing the social media presence of founders and high-profile individuals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices, along with the ability to create engaging content tailored to the unique voice and image of founders. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for storytelling to effectively amplify the online presence of our founders and enhance their personal brand.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the personal brand and objectives of the founders.
Manage and curate content across various social media platforms including but not limited to , Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
Create and publish engaging and original content that resonates with the audience while maintaining consistency with the founders’ personal brand.
Monitor social media channels for trending topics, relevant conversations, and opportunities to engage with followers and key stakeholders.
Implement social media campaigns to increase followership, engagement, and brand awareness for the founders.
Collaborate with the founders to brainstorm and generate ideas for content, campaigns, and initiatives that showcase their expertise, values, and personality.
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of social media activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media marketing, particularly as they pertain to personal branding and thought leadership.
Manage social media calendars, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely delivery of content in alignment with strategic objectives.
Foster and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and relevant stakeholders to amplify the reach and impact of the founders’ social media presence.

Skills Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with video editing, or other multimedia content creation tools is a plus.
Demonstrated passion for personal branding, thought leadership, and digital marketing trends.

Required Experience
3+ years of proven work experience as a social media specialist, preferably working for personal brands.
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Excellent knowledge of , Twitter, and other social media best practices
