You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and interact with our audience.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies to align with business goals Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts Oversee design (i.E., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog) Compile reports for management showing results (ROI) Demonstrate the ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy Implement ongoing education to remain highly effective Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company.Requirements: Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.Desired Attributes:Flexibility to create content on the fly without being rigidExcellent copywriting skills and the ability to deliver creative content consistentlyStrong creative thinking and problem-solving skillsEnthusiastic about engaging with our audience and fostering a vibrant online community
