Job Description

For an international project in Europe, we are urgently looking for a Full remote Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer with +5 years of ServiceNow experience and one of the following ServiceNow areas: ITSM, APM, CSDM, SAM.

We are looking for a contractor, who is able to work at European time. This position is long-term.

Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and responsibilities:

– Build and support technical design, perform development, unit testing and production deployment for ServiceNow implementations;
– Ensure that the solution is aligned with the agreed business process design, functional design and with ServiceNow best practices and architecture standards;
– Clarify business requirements with customers (requestors) and implement required system configuration and development changes, as per the agreed-upon technical design;
– Provide timely technical support for issues resolution including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Post Go-Live support, including data maintenance. Work with end users and other support teams and vendors if required;
– Ensure that the required system documentation is completed and delivered prior to Go-Live;
– Provide the necessary support required for preparation and delivery of end user training;
– Timely update assigned tasks, provide response and solution within team SLA (Service Level Agreement) and release schedule;

Profile:

– Bachelor or Master degree;
– +5 years ServiceNow practical experience;
– +5 years of experience with ITSM modules;
– 5 full cycles in ServiceNow projects for multinational companies;
– Expert knowledge of ServiceNow administration, configuration, and scripting;
– Deep hands-on expertise in ITSM and one of the following ServiceNow areas: ITSM, APM, CSDM, SAM;
– Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange/Online, SharePoint, Azure/Cloud, O365;
– Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets);
– Some hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrations, CMDB, HAM will be a big plus;
– ServiceNow Certifications is an advantage;
– Fluent in English;
