Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for corporate training programs to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and following up on leads.
- Formulate strategies to penetrate new markets, industries, and sectors, targeting high-potential clients for corporate training programs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Create detailed sales proposals, RFPs, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Should have demonstrable success in achieving sales targets preferably in the cybersecurity training domain.
- Ability to understand client pain-points to position training solutions.
- Experience in corporate training programs, LMS platforms.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers like CISO’s, CIO’s etc.
- Ability to negotiate contracts, pricing & terms
Other Skills
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts & frameworks.
- Strong verbal & written communication to articulate value proposition of cybersecurity training programs.
