We’re seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our B2B SaaS marketing agency. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic thinking to drive growth for our clients. This role goes beyond traditional SEO, requiring a proactive approach to strategy development and a commitment to meeting and exceeding performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to B2B SaaS clients
- Set ambitious yet achievable growth targets and KPIs
- Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and industry trends
- Technical SEO:
- Conduct in-depth technical audits of client websites
- Implement advanced technical SEO optimizations (e.g., schema markup, site architecture improvements)
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Content Strategy and Optimization:
- Guide content strategy to align with SEO goals and B2B SaaS buyer journeys
- Optimize existing content and identify new content opportunities
- Implement advanced on-page optimizations beyond basic keyword placement
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Set up and manage advanced tracking and reporting systems
- Provide insightful, action-oriented reports to clients and stakeholders
- Use data to drive strategic decisions and demonstrate ROI
- B2B SaaS Industry Focus:
- Stay current with B2B SaaS industry trends and incorporate them into SEO strategies
- Understand and optimize for complex B2B sales cycles and decision-making processes
- Innovation and Growth:
- Proactively identify and test new SEO techniques and tools
- Drive month-over-month growth through continuous strategy refinement
- Consistently meet and exceed established SLAs and growth targets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of SEO experience, with a focus on B2B and/or SaaS industries
- Proven track record of driving significant organic traffic and lead growth
- Advanced technical SEO skills (e.g., log file analysis, JavaScript SEO, international SEO)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms used in B2B environments
- Well versed in Excel with formulas
- Excellent presentation skills
